Thank you ACCP! What a time!

Last week, we had the honor of helping bring the ACCP Conference in Nashville to life with five unique live music experiences for attendees.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to create these special experiences and for everyone who made it such a success.

From start to finish, the conference was filled with unforgettable moments.

5 Live Music Experiences we Created with the ACCP Nashville Conference:

#1

🎸 Kickoff Concert

Jake Maurer Band set the tone for night one. JMB has been the house band at the best bar on Broadway in downtown Nashville – “The World Famous: Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge” for the last 15 years. Their crazy entertaining country music set brought the party to night 1 of the conference. We had a blast collaborating with our friends at Pzazz Productions, as they taught the whole crowd a couple line dances to go along with JMB’s set. It was a “Boot Scootin’ Boogie” of a good time!

#2

🎶 Surprise Piper Performance

Who doesn’t love a fun musical surprise?!?! We had the incredibly talented Trevor Panarello from our CAMPFIRE SONGS LIVE show surprise guests in the lobby of the Four Seasons Hotel and then serenade them on their walk down the street to the Country Music Hall of Fame. He may or maybe has ran into a piano on stilts on the way. 🙂

#3

🎤 Songwriter Showcase

One of our most popular turnkey shows is MUSIC CITY LIVE: The Songwriter Experience — a mix of hit songs, cover tunes, and the stories behind them. For Night 2 of the ACCP Conference, we brought a scaled-down version to the beautiful Nashville City Club. Hit songwriters Cameron Bedell and David DeVaul wowed guests with acoustic covers, chart-topping hits, and even some on-the-spot freestyling. The highlight? Cameron and David improvised a hilarious song for ACCP Founder, Lynne LaFond DeLuca — her face might have matched her red boots!

#4

✍️ Write-a-Song Workshop

This surprise session with hit songwriter Ben Williams was a highlight of the final day. Ben, who has written multiple #1 country hits with his friend Megan Moroney (including the smash “Tennessee Orange”), kicked things off by performing the song live. Then, Ben and Nick invited the attendees to become songwriters themselves. Each table became a co-writing team, using lyric sheets to craft a brand-new song to a melody and topic provided by Ben. After 30 minutes, three brave attendees took the stage to perform their creations alongside Ben — and they absolutely crushed it. The room was full of laughter, clever lyrics, and a true Nashville songwriting experience.

🎵💃 Farewell Celebration

The rooftop of the Four Seasons Nashville turned into a full-on dance party thanks to DJ KC and DJ Tony from VOXDJS, who brought the house down for the conference send-off. Rising country artist Bailey Callahan surprised everyone by debuting her brand-new country-disco crossover single “Swayze.” Complete with a line-dance moment in the middle, Bailey had the entire group on their feet — the perfect high-energy ending to an unforgettable week.
